3. When I was growing up then I used to get up
before school to go and look after my horse,
and took on lot of responsibility from a young
age.
I also had to concentrate on growing into my tweed
jacket (it still fits me).
4. I got my first job when I was 14 mucking out
stables to earn pocket money. I had to work
hard and be nice to people when looking
after clients horses.
Like these guys!
5. I then decided to travel to the USA to
work with horses across the pond.
7. I taught kids to ride and took them on
camping trips. I had to work hard to keep the
little tykes entertained whilst working and
living with a team, being tolerant and easy to
get on with was essential.
(I am Lord Voldemort.)
8. I even wrote a travel article about it.
You can read it here.
9. At university I was elected president of the
Riding Club.
•
I committed a large chunk of my time to
make sure other people had the opportunity
to ride and also to make friends on socials.
10. Riding has allowed me to make
friends, work and travel.

ponies.
