The Nutrition Facts Label
Serving Size Notice the serving size amount cups, ounces, pieces Serving size affects calories and the amount of nutrients a person is getting
Calories and calories from fat Calories are a measurement of how much energy you get from a single serving of food General guide to calories: 40 calories per serving is low 100 calories per serving is moderate 400 calories per serving is high
Calories from fat The amount of the total calories that come from fat sources Calories are per serving size more servings = more calories Calories and calories from fat Eating too many calories per day is linked to overweight and obesity.

Get enough of these: Nutrients Help reduce the risk of certain diseases 20% or more  % daily value is high

  2. Need to fix text – maybe put in a box, like on slide 8
