Real Estate Expert,Jim Keaty,Signs Publishing Deal With CelebrityPressFor New Book,
“Cracking the Real Estate Code”

Jim Keatywill team with CelebrityPress, a leading book publishing company,
andseveralleading experts from around the world to release the book, “Cracking the Real
Estate Code”

Orlando, Fla.–January 14, 2013–Jim Keatyhas joined a select group of the world’s leadingreal
estate experts co-write the forthcoming book titled, “Cracking the Real Estate Code: The Nations
Leading Expert Advisors Reveal Their Proven Repeatable Systems to Help You Get the Best
Deal on Either Side of Any Real Estate Transaction.”Two of these experts are noted real estate
professionals, members of the National Association of Expert Advisors and coaches Jay Kinder
and Michael Reese. Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently
signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book,
which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

Jim is the owner and broker of Keaty Real Estate, one of Lafayette’s fastest growing Real
Estate companies. Keaty Real Estate, opened in 2004, now includes more than 30 agents that are
all experts in serving their clients, while forging deals that are beneficial for both the buyer and
the seller.

Jim is dedicated to making the real estate industry in Louisiana transparent and respected,
working with the local and state Realtor Associations. In 2006, he received the Realtor
Association of Acadiana President’s Award and was nominated and awarded as one of The
Times of Acadiana’s “Best” Realtors in Lafayette in 2010. In 2012, Jim was the recipient of the
Exponential Growth Award from Kinder Reese, and was recognized as one of the “Best”
Realtors in Lafayette as well as having his agency named one of the “Best” Real Estate
Companies. He was also awarded “Best Realtor” in Lafayette in 2012-2013 by Locals Love Us.

Jim is actively involved in the community he serves, from 2005-2009, he participated with
Rebuilding Together, providing repairs and maintenance for low-income homeowners. In 2007,
he served as President of the Faith House women’s shelter and that same year was selected
asa“Twenty under Forty” by Daily Advertiser, which recognizes outstanding young business
leaders.

Jim lives with his wife Danielle ChastantKeaty and his two young daughters, Mae and Josephine,
affectionally nicknamed “Joey.” Jim and his wife look forward to watching their kids grow up in
one of the most unique and welcoming states in the country.

Before Jim started his own firm, he followed up his Bachelors Degree in Economics and minor
in Business from Colorado with a degree from American Real Estate College in 2003. He began
his professional real estate career with Coldwell Banker.
