Botswana Careers Roundtable is a series of small and intimate events that
allow established corporate leaders and high-performing junior
professionals to meet and build relationships, as well as discuss talent
development and general career trajectories in Botswana.

During the event, there will be themed
small-group discussions titled “In
conversation with..” that consist of ONE
corporate leader (ideally an HR Lead
of a corporation in Botswana) and 5-7
junior professionals. This will be an
opportunity for the corporate leader to
openly share his/her insights with the
junior professionals as well as advise
them on how to deal with challenges
facing them today such as confronting
the glass ceiling, dealing with office
politics, negotiating your salary,
managing your career growth etc.
