1. At this stage, I had added the background, title and flares. This was just an introduction to my
Magazine which also demonstrates the colour scheme I decided to use throughout the rest of my
Magazine. The background fits with the original design for all of my pages created.
2. At this point, I had decided that I wanted my text centred with the page number being Green to give
a colour variety. I chose to centre the text to give it an easier feel to reading. The colour scheme was
kept at this point to fit with the rest of the Magazine.
3. This shows that the text was placed further to the top. I put an image of Harry behind it so that the
overall design wasn’t following the colour scheme and giving a slight variety within my work. This was
an incomplete project for the day.
4. At this point, I had custom made a CD to give an idea of what my magazine is promoting. I shrunk
the image of Harry so he could actually be seen. I then added a coverline allowing some
advertisement on my contents page.
5. At this point, I moved the text up and placed it in columns to fit the stereotype of contents pages. I
also moved the advertisement to centre and changed the colours to vary between words. I deleted
the CD as it didn’t fit in with the design of my music magazine.
6. At this point, I added a Features header to the top along with the month issued and moved the CD
advertisement further down. I also added an Editors Block to fill up the mass blank space on my
contents page.
