1. Q3 •What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?
We have come to an initial decision that our film would be a low budget movie,
we decided this because we only use a small cast and little amount of props.
The location that we used is local and is of easy access in a friends house.
We used this as it seemed like an ideal setting as we needed
many rooms and lots of corridors leading up to the hostage situation. We think
a low budget film company would be enough to produce, develop and complete our
film.

2. we research many different film production companies including paramount and
universal but realised our film was initially a low budget film. the British Film
Institute was perfect for our film as it was low budget with an annual invest
amount of £18 million and support film makers in the UK. We also found this
very helpful as they offer a wide range of support throughout every step of the
project from their team. They also offer advice and practical help with many
aspects of developing and producing our film.
The money from the production company's would help to produce this film with
a good standard and to distribute this film to my target audience. Finally the
money would be spent on advertising this film to create a viral buzz.
