Synthesis of the outputs for working group 2, facilitated by Dr. Rachid Mrabet (a NARS partner), focused on IDO 2: More stable and higher per capita income for intensively farmed area households and IDO: 5 Better functioning markets underpinning intensification of rural livelihoods. Group 3 covered checking the consistency between activities and outputs and between outputs and IDOs, validation and prioritization of activities and filling gaps in the performance management system. Participants in group 2 also worked to reduce the number of activities for IDO 2 and 5 from 38 to 19 in order to sharpen the effects of the CRP on the ground. Milestones and deliverables for 2013 and 2014 were also produced for both IDOs and a budget was established.
