5. Key Program Components
Board Service
• Fellow actively participates as a non-voting board member
Board Committee Participation
• Fellow serves on a board committee or task force, usually
based on the content of the project
Board-Level Project
• Fellow completes a project on a critical board need (working
in pairs when matched)

6. New Project Coaches and Resources
Fellows will be paired whenever possible
2 Fellows will deliver 1 project
Offer peer support and knowledge
Fellows will be provided with specific resources for their project
(articles, frameworks, etc.)
Fellows are assigned to a coach based on industry (see handout/website)
Fellows will be given access to online, subscription-based resources
