HAMARATA INTEGRATED SERVICES was incorporated in 2014 as an Oil & Gas well-servicing company
specializing in general contracting product and service areas; controls/instrumentation services, general
maintenance services and the supply of down-hole production tools.
HAMARATA has positioned itself to take full advantage of the large range of business opportunities
presented by the current upward trends in the Nigeria Oil & Gas sector by maintaining a competitive
edge over its competition.
Its operational bases span EKET in the South-east Niger Delta, plus Bonny and Port Harcourt, Rivers State
– the heart of Oil & Gas industry operations for most of Tropical West Africa - There's also a Zuba town,
Abuja liaison office.
HAMARATA is registered with the Directorate of Petroleum Resources, Mobil producing Nigeria
unlimited, Amni petroleum development limited, Prime exploration and production limited etc. it
presently operate a fabrication yard in Bonny island Rivers state. Plans are in top gear to acquire several
equipments and machineries amongst other tools to boost services.
HAMARATA is a new breed Oil & Gas Services company - its focus is the provision of world class services
in all its area of expertise. These are of course, anchored on the company’s unwavering focus on quality,
health, safety, security and environmental consciousness aimed at evolving a culture of excellence in
service delivery with social responsibility.
HAMARATA is a specialized controls and instrumentation services contractor and each of the key
personnel behind our success has extensive experience which combines well with their professional
expertise in the design, development and execution of these specialized projects. The longstanding
working relationships amongst our personnel are the key to successful development and execution of
projects on hand.

To safely deliver quality services and products to the petroleum industry and the society. We will
achieve this through thoroughly trained professionals, equipped with the right tools necessary to
succeed personally and in the representation of our company. We will act with integrity in an honest,
open and co-operative environment. This policy is of utmost importance to our corporate objective and
can be achieved through:

these compliance guidelines where it is in tandem with our corporate expectations

With a workforce of 28, 4 being professional managers, we realize that the success of HAMARATA
depends on the abilities and the best efforts of all employees. Crew quality is considered such an
important factor that we focus on retaining trained and talented employees who are committed to our
high standards of quality service and safety. We involve employees in the planning and efficient
execution of activities thus promoting teamwork throughout the organization. Also, we focus on
continuous personnel training, thereby ensuring that we remain an innovative niche operator
developing special qualities and know-how in maintaining our superiority in this niche market.

Excellence in the quality of products and/or services is vital to the existence, growth and profitability of
HAMARATA. Quality is therefore given highest priority during planning, implementation and execution
of work.
The focus is on “Continuous Improvement” in maintenance of the quality systems - always seeking to
