7. We all deal with a rainstorm of to-dos.

8. Install funnels to collect that rain and get it into barrels you can use.

9. Collect everything, and O-H-I-O: Only Handle It Once

10. This especially includes emails.

11. Pay attention to YOURSELF When you’re collecting, don’t forget to collect what you really want to do, too!

14. Break it down into steps Don’t let the big projects be intimidating!

17. Effective not Efficient The goal isn’t to do the most things, it’s to do the most important things.

18. Identify the Most Important Tasks Choose 2 or 3 tasks (at most) to focus on in one day/workday.
