resource management, sales, marketing, product management, financial planning, budgeting and
payroll management, customer service, and problem solving. During this time, I have worked as
a store director, store manager,shift supervisor, and sales manager for a number of retail
establishments and casinos.
May 2014 – Present:Aria Resort and Casino – Poker Floor Supervisor
 Provide excellent guest experiences with genuine service and integrity
 Knowledge of poker games and rules; as well as gaming regulations
March 2014 – August 2015: Westgate Hotel and Casino – Poker Dealer
 Poker dealer for both live cash play and small tournaments
June 2013 – May 2014: Hites Funeral Home – Rotational Removal Specialist
 Coordinated with Las Vegas Coroner’s Office for removal and transport of human
remains as part of the removal rotation team
May 2010 – October 2012: Boyd Gaming, Orleans Hotel and Casino – Shift Supervisor
 Managed approximately 40 employees as shift supervisor; $160,000 monthly payroll
 Oversight for all guest services and gaming decisions; responded to all guests needs;
voted by guests/customers as 2012 “Best of Las Vegas” gaming
March 2009 – May 2010: Leslie’s Pool Supply – Assistant Store Manager
 Managed daily operations, product stock, maintenance; scheduled installation & services
 Dealt daily with customers; averaged $22,000 in weekly sales in equipment/supplies
November 2008 – January 2009: Best Buy – Home Theater Specialist (seasonal)
 Responsibilities included customer service and sales, and maintaining product stock
 Scheduled installations and services; integrated efforts to maximize sales and services

 Managed forty eight employees at four retail outlets; also served as District Manager
