PERSONAL SUMMARY
With years of experience working in the graphic and IT market, I have acquired substantial knowledge that allows me to excel
in both areas. Started my career as a Graphic Designer which gave me large experience in designing & creating marketing & e-
marketing materials on a range of projects; experience with catalogue, brochure, and magazine design; creating tutorials and
teaching staff on Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft office. As part of my daily tasks, I had constantly to
troubleshooting PC’s, laptops and mobile devices, developing a thorough understanding of computer and networking
concepts.
Moving on to work for many years in one of largest printing companies in the market, gave me the opportunity to deepen my
skill in IT. As an IT advisor I had to deal constantly with logging IT issues/bugs of websites across platforms; diagnosis of
desktop, application, networking, VoIP system and infrastructure issues; administering the IT department’s policies and
procedures and maintaining a log of all problems detected and system backups as many other IT tasks and issues.
As a key Account for the international market, I built excellent customer facing communication and rapport building skills as
also a large experience in problem resolution & quality assurance procedures. Having a strong ability to work under pressure,
meet deadlines and multitasking.
