email last week. In summary:
• Revisit audit against standards to add progress
• Complete objectives & add notes/evidence to explain
• Add summary statements (managers)
• Plan new objectives
• Arrange meeting for Sept INSET days
• Firm up objectives including training needed
• Work on objectives
4. • INSET for 2013-4
• As a school, we need to improve INSET provision
• Ideally needs-based, ground-up teachmeet style
• Proposed CPD cycle:
• Staff identify training needs & wants in appraisal meetings
• BlueSky report run to construct training plan
• Experts identified through audit, write training materials
• INSET program written on BlueSky
• Staff create CPD activities on these INSET courses
• All INSET evaluated through BlueSky to improve process

• To show personal progress across this academic year

• Add evidence to show progress
• Feeds into objective planning – one must be audit-based
(professional development target)
• Activity for rest of today – please use the next 45
minutes to re-visit your audit
