iBF Executive Programme to Shanghai and Hangzhou

5. This trip is aimed at business consultants, government officials and senior executives who want to
find out how e-commerce and infocomm technology can help to extend their marketing outreach.
Participants will learn how to boost sales through various Internet platforms. There will also be
lessons and case studies on the impact of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, business opportunities
created by the Internet, a behavioural analysis of online shoppers and how to use big data in
marketing models.
Participants will also obtain first-hand information and insights through visits to China (Shanghai)
Pilot Free Trade Zone and Alibaba Group/Taobao Marketplace.
The lessons will be conducted at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. A certificate of attendance will
