Customer Case Study

     BRIDGEi2i helps a global business services organization to identify and act on levers for
     improving satisfaction and engagement levels of their large, diversified employee base.

     Business Challenge
     The client organization is one of the world’s largest BPO organization with 25000+ employees spread across 10
     countries. The client wanted to reengineer the periodic process of assessing the satisfaction and engagement levels
     of its very large and diverse employee base through a comprehensive Employee Satisfaction survey. While the
     existing methods provided fairly high level view of satisfaction across teams, the need was to not only customize
     the study for the context, but also to be able to draw deeper insights from the data. The clients needed fast but
     actionable insights at sufficiently granular detail to make meaningful interventions and ensure sustainable
     improvement in employee satisfaction, engagement and morale.

     BRIDGEi2i Solution
     BRIDGEi2i worked closely with the clients to structure and execute an end to end employee satisfaction and
     engagement research study. The study went through a rigorous design and web execution of questionnaire
     followed by deep statistical analysis for identifying insights. Survey responses were integrated with key employee
     attributes to develop specific action plans targeted at tightly defined, granular segments.

     Design & Execution
            The study began with in-depth focus group discussions with management to assess the key aspects to be
             covered under such a study
            A compact, yet complete questionnaire was designed for execution
            The survey was executed over web across all client locations, globally

     Analysis & Dissemination

            An executive view along with insights for 25+ macro segments &
             150+ scorecards for subgroups were delivered within significantly
             short period
            BRIDGEi2i provided actionable recommendations around key drivers
             affecting Employee Satisfaction. The organisation’s performance in a
             key driver was plotted against its importance and the areas of strength
             and opportunity were identified.
            Text mining was employed to identify key themes from qualitative
             comments
            Various employee attributes were targeted and the insights were
             shared

Business Challenge The client organization is one of the world’s largest BPO organization with 25000+ employees spread across 10 countries. The client wanted to reengineer the periodic process of assessing the satisfaction and engagement levels of its very large and diverse employee base through a comprehensive Employee Satisfaction survey. While the existing methods provided fairly high level view of satisfaction across teams, the need was to not only customize the study for the context, but also to be able to draw deeper insights from the data. The clients needed fast but actionable insights at sufficiently granular detail to make meaningful interventions and ensure sustainable improvement in employee satisfaction, engagement and morale. BRIDGEi2i Solution BRIDGEi2i worked closely with the clients to structure and execute an end to end employee satisfaction and engagement research study. The study went through a rigorous design and web execution of questionnaire followed by deep statistical analysis for identifying insights. Survey responses were integrated with key employee attributes to develop specific action plans targeted at tightly defined, granular segments. Design & Execution  The study began with in-depth focus group discussions with management to assess the key aspects to be covered under such a study  A compact, yet complete questionnaire was designed for execution  The survey was executed over web across all client locations, globally Analysis & Dissemination  An executive view along with insights for 25+ macro segments & 150+ scorecards for subgroups were delivered within significantly short period  BRIDGEi2i provided actionable recommendations around key drivers affecting Employee Satisfaction.
