IMPORTANT TIPS:
* It’s important to sanitize all brewing equipment used for brew;
* To have good temperature control is very important for brewing good
beer. Around 23C is best for most beers. Advanced brewer may
ferment the beer lower to 10C for certain type of beer only, using
special yeast;
* The hops play a very important role in the brewing of beer: the type
of hops, quantity used, and boiling time in Step 5 is critical for giving
different flavours to the beer of bitterness and aroma. To know more
and make your own favorite beer, please read Colin’s book “ The
homebrewer survival guide for beginers>” and visit our website
www.brewerschoice.net.au for more information!
