I work directly with agents and customers to negotiate, maintain, and retain contracts for telecommunication services.
Billing escalation/ research, troubleshooting, repair ticket creation, Shepherding orders to make sure they stay on task
and on time.

Sales and Service Consultant Dec 2005 – Sept 2013
I worked in a Call Center / Chat Environment assisting customers with service related issues which include Billing,
Changes to existing services, New Acquisition, tech support, and retention. I was in a Team Lead role for approx. 2
years which put me in charge of 1st level escalations, training reps on new policies and procedures as well as new
promotions, assisting with floor wide contests to promote sales, and occasionally having to assist the reps with
backlogged work.
