Position: Sr. Bioprocess Technician in Vacaville
- Perform floor operations utilizing cGMP compliance, SOP’s, MSDS’s, Visio Diagrams,
SAP, AFR, P&IDs, pH, Conductivity, and Optical Density meters, routinenon-routine
sampling, concurrently supporting validation for Rituxan, Rituxan SC, Rituxan v1.2,
Herceptin, Avastin v1.0 and v1.1, Pertuzumab, and Xolair.
- Fluent in CIP, SIP, and Autoclave
- Participated as an acting lead for the Tuesday thru Friday Grave shift. Currently
supporting POG as a point of contact for Wednesday thru Saturday Dayshift.

- Execute multiple operations for changeover activities and debug projects.
- Cross-functional in both CCP1 and CCP2 supporting daily operations and validation.
- Created and implemented trainings for the Power Tug Tank Movers.

Filtration Flow.
- Implemented an in depth hands on training for the Thaw operations for several team

- Safety team representative for POG Days Wednesday thru Saturday.
- Cross trained in Process Maintenance during three different shutdowns.
Projects:
- Worked with the Safety team in designing the elevator ramps in response to several
OSHA recordable accidents. Since the installation of the ramps there has not been an
OSHA recordable to date.
- Team lead for Project Dry Floors. Designed and implemented drain pan models to
eliminate excess water on the floor.
- Collaborated with Process Maintenance and the Safety Team to design and install
funnels that have a drain line. These assemblies are attached next to the Conductivity
and pH meters on Buffer Prep Tanks and associated Bays.

- Teamed up with Process Engineering to redesign a tool that assists POG and CMS in
opening and closing the pool tank pH probe housings. This tool was created as a
preventative measure to avoid damage to the housing.
