Visibility: This is where you view the directory / citation visibility. The report gives you an overall Presence Score %, as well as lists each important directory based on the business category you selected.
If a listing is shown correctly, with completely consistent and accurate information that matches the NAP (name, address, phone number) information you used when you created the report, then it will show a green check.
If the listing was found, but has possible errors, it will show a yellow triangle with a “!” in the middle. You can show details to see what the possible problems might be, which gives you an opportunity to see where you can help the customer with visibility / citation services.
If the listing was not found, it will show a red “X”. Note: We have found that the system isn’t 100% accurate in that sometimes we know a listing exists on that particular directory, but for whatever reason it isn’t identifying it the company (perhaps due to too many errors or inconsistencies). In this case, you can view possible matches to see if it thinks it might have found a listing. Or, you can find the listing / URL manually and copy and paste that into the box and add it to the listing.
