7. Click the ‘+Create Page’ button on the ‘Ads and Pages’ screen. This screen is your control panel for all the pages you admin.
8. 1. Select the ‘Local Business’ option & the category from the drop down menu. 2. Name your Fan Page. NOTE: You CANNOT change the Name or Category once created! 3. Check the box to confirm you’re an official representative of the business. 4. Click ‘Create Official Page’ once you’ve checked everything for typos!
14. But What If Employees Are Afraid to ‘Like’ the Company Page/ Become Fans? Why are they afraid?! They Don’t Want Clients Seeing Their Personal Information on Facebook. Do they know how to manage their Privacy Settings to protect themselves?
15. First Things First, Let’s Organize all Your ‘Friends’. 2. Click the ‘+Create a List’ button on the Friends screen. 1. Select the ‘Friends’ category below your profile photo
16. 3. In the popup window, Name your List and click on the Friends you want to add to it. 4. Select ‘Create List’ when you’re finished.
23. You edit the privacy setting on each Photo Album individually; ‘Everyone’‘Friends of Friends’‘Only Friends’ or ‘Customize’.

26. You can customize your privacy settings wherever you see this little padlock icon.

28. Your Profile Picture, Name, Gender & Networks are always open to ‘Everyone’ You can PREVIEW your profile as other people see it!
29. Notice There are No Status Updates, or a Tabs for my Wall or Photos Keep Your Profile Picture Something You Don’t Mind Everyone Seeing
30. Sharing My Status Updates & some of my Wall & there are Info. & Photo Tabs Sharing MY Posts, but NOT Posts by my Friends Not showing my birth year or hometown.
31. Here I chose NOT to show my contact info such as Email, Phone, Relationship Status, etc.

40. You can ‘See a Preview’ of what information is searchable on the web by clicking here. You can completely disable this feature by un-checking this box.

51. Remember, You Can Change Your Settings Any Time: You can change your settings at any time by selecting ‘Privacy Settings’ from the ‘Account’ dropdown menu.
