1. Degas/Cassatt Like to Win Contest (“Contest”)
Rules
Overview: Beginning on June 10, 2014 and ending on October 29, 2014 Booz Allen Hamilton
Inc. (“Booz Allen”) will post content related to its sponsorship of the Degas/Cassatt exhibition
displayed at the National Gallery of Art (“Exhibition”) via Booz Allen’s Facebook page. Eligible
Facebook users who “like” these posts will be entered to win various prizes in monthly random
drawings from among eligible entries received (for alternative method of entry please see
below).

ASSOCIATED WITH, THE NATIONAL GALLERY OF ART OR FACEBOOK.
How to Enter:
Like to Win: Beginning on June 10, 2014 and ending on October 29, 2014 (the "Entry Period"),
you may enter the Contest by visiting Booz Allen’s Facebook page and “liking” one of the posts
related to the Exhibition. Eligible Facebook users who “like” a post as set forth above during
the Entry Period will be entered to win various prizes in monthly drawings.
Other Method of Entry: During the Entry Period, you may also enter the Contest for a chance
to win the monthly drawings without “liking” a post as described above by sending an email,
with your name and email address, indicating you would like to be entered in the Contest to
community_partnerships@bah.com.
While you may “like” multiple posts per day on Booz Allen’s Facebook page, you will only be
entered to win once per day regardless of the number of posts you “like.” In addition, you may
only submit one email entry per day.
Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or
older as of June 10, 2014, except that employees of Booz Allen and its subsidiaries and affiliates
and Trustees, Officers and employees of the National Gallery of Art are not eligible to enter or
win.
Please note that while organizations may enter to win as set forth herein, any organization that
is a monthly prize winner will have sole responsibility and liability with respect to selecting the
individual who receives the prize associated with the applicable monthly drawing and for

2. otherwise complying with the requirements of the Contest (including, without limitation, for
completing the Release).
Your failure to comply with the eligibility requirements set forth above, or any other
requirements of the Contest, will result in disqualification.
Monthly Prize Winners: Eligible individuals who enter the Contest as set forth above during
the Entry Period will be entered for a chance to win various prizes in monthly drawings.
A monthly drawing of all eligible entries received during the preceding month will occur in each
of June, July, August, September, and October on or about the 30th day of each month – one
winner will be selected each month. Winners will be notified that they have won on or about
the first day of the month following each drawing. Winners who enter by “liking” a post as
described above will be notified via a Facebook message that they have won. Winners who
enter via email will be notified that they have won via the email address provided by that
winner.
Winners will have one week from the time they are contacted via either method described
above to respond to Booz Allen’s notification that they have won with the information
requested in that notification (e.g., name and physical address for mailing the prize and a
signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Release). If a winner does not respond within this one week
period, a new winner will be selected from among remaining eligible entries.
While the prizes awarded may vary, the estimated retail value of each of these prizes is
approximately $30.00 to $50.00.
All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the prizes or the acceptance and use of the
prizes not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winners. Booz Allen
reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of comparable or
greater value.
All decisions by Booz Allen with respect to the monthly drawing winners, and all other decisions
by Booz Allen regarding this Contest shall be final and binding.
If, in Booz Allen’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-
electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if a computer virus, bug, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical difficulties, or other failures compromise, corrupt, or otherwise
affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest, Booz
Allen reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who tampers with any
portion of the Contest; void any entries submitted fraudulently; modify or suspend the Contest;
or terminate the Contest.
Affidavit of Eligibility and Release: All winners will be required to complete an Affidavit of
Eligibility and Release (“Release”) before a prize will be awarded. As described in the Release,

3. by entering the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Booz Allen and their
employees, officers, directors, shareholders, subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, and agents; the
National Gallery of Art, its Trustees, Officers, and employees; Facebook; and any and all
Internet service and access providers (“Released Parties”), from and against all claims and
damages arising in connection with your entry in the Contest, including your receipt or use of
the prizes to be awarded in connection with the Contest. The Released Parties shall not have
any liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; technical malfunctions, failures,
interruptions, or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer
equipment, service or server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to an
entrant’s, or any other person's, computer or any data contained on or accessed via such
computer relating to or resulting from entry in the Contest; inability to access the Booz Allen
Facebook page; unauthorized access to, or alteration of entry information; or entries that are
processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic
malfunction, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or otherwise.
All entries, including all information provided in connection with an entry, become the property
of Booz Allen and will not be returned.
