– establishment of continuous collection of energy
consumption data
– improvement of the efficiency of water supply and
wastewater treatment and waste treatment
– use local renewable sources in district heating and
combined production of electricity and heat,
energy renovation plan of residential sector
buildings,
– regional plan for the methanization of organic
waste,
– integrate energy into strategies of other sectors and
