6. Rebrand a 20‐year‐old
Company in under 100 Days
Client – App Architecture
Under new leadership, E Lynn App Architects
changed its name to “App Architecture.”
App Architecture partnered with Bing to
develop
a brand that addressed critical customer
research and the principles’ vision for the firm.
Bing helped the company revamp its entire
identity including its logo, business materials,
trade show displays and website.

7. Rebranding Teradata:
Raising Intelligence
Client – Teradata Corporation
As a newly independent company, Teradata
needed a new look for its brand – something
that garnered the equity of its market
leadership, but also signified its resolved focus
on data warehousing and analytics.
Bing helped Teradata develop a new logo and
tagline – capturing existing brand strengths and
modernizing key elements.
Bing also updated over 400 pieces of Teradata
collateral (brochures and sales sheets) in under

8. Growing Together
Client – Children’s Medical Center of Dayton
Growing Together is a multiple award‐winning
magazine that uses illustrations, original
photography, and a lively color palette to
generate awareness about health and safety
issues affecting families and physicians.
Three times a year, the magazine is distributed
throughout a 20‐county region in Western Ohio.

9. Connect with Readers
Client – Wittenberg University
Wittenberg University partners with Bing to
produce its alumni magazine – putting the spirit
of the university into print for alumni and
friends to reconnect with their alma mater.
The 56‐page magazine includes regular news
sections covering all facets of the university and
graphic editorial features.

10. Defining the U.S. Sogeti brand
Client – Sogeti USA
With new marketing infrastructure in place,
Sogeti had an opportunity to define its U.S.
brand – both as a serious contender in the
marketplace and as an employer‐of‐choice for
prospective employees.
Sogeti partnered with Bing to establish a new
look for its U.S. collateral and to develop a
comprehensive overview brochure of the global
company.

11. Healthcare Brand Gets New Life
Client – eHealth Data Solutions
eHealth introduced a new product in 2008 and
turned to Bing to develop marketing materials
for the launch.
eHealth and Bing used the opportunity to
update current marketing tools and the
company’s strategic marketing approach.
eHealth revised its logo and tagline as part of
the project and developed a new look for its
collateral. The new design was also carried into
tradeshow displays and PPT presentations.

12. Wittenberg Mailing:
Welcome Home New Students
Client – Wittenberg University
Upon acceptance to the University, Wittenberg
mailed a welcome letter to each prospective
student.
The mailing folded into a square. A letter from
the Director of Admission anchored the mail
piece and the surrounding panels described four
things a Wittenberg education would deliver:
investment, balance, meaning and connection.

13. McGregor Postcard Campaign:
Come Check Us Out
Client – Antioch University McGregor
McGregor invites prospective students to
information sessions where they can meet
faculty members and learn about degree
programs.
The mailer is printed variably so that it can be
personalized for each recipient. It also includes
“PURLS” – personalized URLs – for improved
measurement.

14. Do You Have the X Factor?
Client – Teradata Corporation
Teradata needed a Flash demonstration to
compel customers to upgrade/sign‐up for its
premium service and to compare the offering to
other vendors.
Bing handled demo design and programming,
CD face art design, production, and packaging.
The demo was distributed on the web and on
CDs that were inserted into Teradata Magazine.

15. Ripped from the Headlines
Client – Teradata Corporation
Bing created a Flash presentation to help
Teradata showcase its wins and awards.
The presentation incorporated 20+ headlines
and was displayed at tradeshows and customer
engagements – putting a fresh and engaging
spin on what would otherwise become “old
news”.

16. What’s the Word?
Client – Teradata Corporation
To promote its Relationship Management
product to marketers (a new audience for the
company), Teradata decided to “go viral.”
Teradata created a downloadable desktop
widget that offered a Relationship Management
“word of the day” – fictional and humorous
definitions that poked fun at marketing mishaps.

17. The Name Is T… Big T.
Client – Teradata Corporation
Teradata needed a compelling way to
communicate important milestones to its
associates and inspire the team.
Bing developed various approaches to solve the
problem and the client chose Terrence, an
animated tiger mascot with a cool attitude.
Bing partnered with audio engineers, artists,
and animators from around the globe to bring
the character to life in 3D format for web
banners and spots.

18. LIVE from PARTNERS
Client – Teradata Corporation
Economic restraints caused a low projected
attendance at PARTNERS – Teradata’s largest
customer conference and user group. So,
Teradata used new media tactics to deliver the
PARTNERS experience to non‐attendees.
Bing attended the conference and reported
on the event using Flickr, Twitter, and an
event blog.
Over 125 people quickly subscribed to
updates.

Images were viewed over 15,000 times
during the event week.
19. Social Media 101
Twitter, Flickr and blogs – oh my! With the
(daily)
emergence of social media and networking
tools, it can be intimidating to jump in the game.

20. Bing Email Invitation:
Party on the Patio
Client – Bing Design, self promotion
Bing created an email campaign to invite clients
and vendors to a Party on the Patio at the Fraze
Pavilion.
The first email was an invitation to attend;
Subsequent emails were sent only to guests who
had RSVP’d, and included directions and other
helpful information.
The message was sent using an email tool that
tracks open rates, forwards and other relevant
statistics.
