 Professional Experience :
• Performing duties of Executive CSR w.e.f. 14 Oct. 2005 to till date serving at Rajpura Dariba
Complex and Heading the CSR team at Location (comprising five units of HZL i.e two mines,
two smelters and one captive power plant).
• Worked in HR & Administration and other department at HZL for 31 years.
• Dealt with land and lease related matter, with DMG and other Govt. Deptts.
 Key Achievements: -
• Public Hearing: Successfully conducted public hearings for Dariba Smelter Complex,
Sindesar Khurd Mines expansion and Bamnia Mining Lease renewal.
• Social Audit: TNS conducted social audit of HZL Rajpura Dariba Complex CSR in 2012 and
RDC ranked 2nd in all HZL units and got 57 score out of 100.

2. • Land Acquisition: Carried out Key role in Land Acquisition for tailing pipeline and plant for
Sindesar Khurd Mine, Tailing Dam RD Mines.
• Played key role in Land Acquisition for Dariba Smelting Complex.
• Model Village: Planned and implemented the plans to develop Rajpur Khera (RDM) as
model village which has been visited by TERI and BC team.
• Award & Accolades:
 Hindustan Zinc Rajpura Dariba was awarded FIMI CSR Award – 2007
 Hindustan Zinc Limited Rajpura Dariba was awarded Bhamshah Award – 2008 &
2014 by Govt. of Rajsasthan for exemplary contribution in Education.
 Hindustan Zinc Limited Rajpura Dariba was awarded 4 times District Level
Recognition by District Administration for exemplary contribution in field of CSR.
• Liaison:
 Ensured effective and strong liaison with District/Local Administration and Local
Self Government bodies for execution of high priority projects the Company.
 Ensured effective and strong liaison with Media People as well as community.
• Plan, Coordinate and successfully conducted high profile VIP visits at plants, CSR fields and
other visitor places.
 VIP visit of Epangelo Board Chairperson & CEO -Mrs Elaine
Samson in 2012.
 Conducted Afghan delegates visit to Udaipur and Dariba in
2012.
 Contributed positively in making of Documentary film “Binno” which is a official
Documentary for Vedanta in 2011.
