  2. 2. • ABSTRAKT Diese Darstellung deckt einige der niedrigen Kosten, im Zusammenhang mit Wasser kommerzielle Cleantech-Anwendungen, die selten verwendet werden oder auch nicht allgemein überhaupt zu existieren bekannt, in den Bereichen von: 1-Umweltreinigung, 2-HVAC Verbesserung, 3- Energieerzeugung / Extraktion, 4-Verschiedene industrielle Prozesse, 5-Trinkwassererzeugung, 6-Geoengineering, 7-Selective bio steigernde, antioxidierende und Rostschutz usw. Einige von ihnen sind umwandelbar in Bereich der Energie, Medizin, Biologie, Wetterveränderungen , Materialwissenschaften mit ähnlichen zu verwenden Vorteile. • Eine solche Effekte nicht vollständig erklärbar durch Chemie, offiziell noch von einigen Nicht-westliche Verbündete Nationen genutzt, ist aktive elektrische Ladungshaltekapazität von Wasser, oder "Wasserstruktur beibehalten".
