Joined H3GM in a new position to provide assistance to the System Manager for an existing enterprise
network. Responsibilities included user support for all software applications and hardware needs, new
hardware provisions, data backup, and telephony management.
IT Director, 2008 – Present
Promoted to current position of IT Director in July 2008. Responsible for all aspects of the data and voice
systems including security, data integrity and availability, network services, printers, desktops,
telephones, and all other equipment used in the firm. Other responsibilities include research and
development, full IT budget planning and cost analysis, design and implementation of hardware and
software solutions, and influence policy, procedure, and practices for the use of the firm resources.
