 Verint software/platform to provide support to Business Users: Created employee profiles and weekly
schedules for the agents in the phone queues from Medical Management Informatics. Also updated the
Calendar to indicate if agent is out on PTO, SPTO or LOA. Generated ADHOC reports to show Agents Adherence
Score etc.
 Interactive software/platform to add recipients to receive Interactive reports that are produced Daily and
Monthly and is very familiar with requesting push reports. Also, access ICBM to validate if the agents on the
phone queues are noted as being out on Pool Time Off (PTO), Unplanned Pool Time-off (UPTO) or Leave of
Absence (LOA) so that the update can be done in the Calendar. Also, track the employee adherence to time
spent on the phone and make the necessary adjustment on the Adherence Tab. Also, use the Verint Tool to do
Forecasting to as assign schedules to the agents ensuring ample coverage during peak phone hours whilst
ensuringagentstime are spentefficiently.
 I work closely with the Business Users to gather reporting requirements for many of our reports request. These
requirements are then documented along with creation of mock-up reports thus ensuring that the Informatics
Analyst or the IT Analyst (Helpstar) has a concise idea of what needs to be coded. I also QA all the reports for
accuracy before passing it on to be peer reviewed. Once the reports are peer reviewed, they are then sent to
the BU for theirapproval before makingthe reportproductional.
 I also take an active role with CMS Data Validation. Review the Technical Specification documented supplied by
CMS and ensures that any new requirements are then translated to business requirements. The business
requirements are then forwarded to the Informatics Analyst for coding. When the IA completes the coding and
produces the Quarterly Reports for Part C – Grievances, Organization Determination and Reconsideration, I
along with my co-workers then QA the reports for accuracy before it is sent to Birchfield who does an Internal
AuditforHF prior to submittingthe reportstoCMS.
 I am very proficient with using CCMS. Create test scenarios for Admissions, Referrals, QA events, Cases,
Reminders etc. I always reference CCMS when QA my reports since almost all of the data for our reports are
generatedfromCCMS.Have testedthe upgradesmade toCCMS.
