3. Squirrel About To Eat Snake Shows
Nature Has Gone Totally Nuts
A photo of a
squirrel clutching a snake in
its paws- reportedly just
before devouring it -- is
taking the Internet by
storm, perhaps because
most people can’t fathom
America’s favorite acorn-
eater is capable of such
violence. What we do know
is that the squirrel
“devoured most of the
snake, bones and all, down
to the last two inches,“
according to the Facebook
post.

4. Giant
Redheaded
Centipede
Photo Goes
Viral
Horrifies the
Internet
You don't have to
be a Kardashian to
stand out on the Internet-all you need is at least 20 pairs of bright-
yellow legs a gleaming red head and venomous fangs. Last week the
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) posted a picture of a giant
redheaded centipede to its social media pages that met all of the above
criteria. The image quickly went viral. While many people reacted with
horror (apparently giant colorful centipedes are the stuff of nightmares)
this critter doesn't eat people or seriously harm them in any way (at
least not usually).

Between Eye
Color And
Alcohol Abuse
People with light-
colored eyes may
have a higher risk
of alcoholism than
people with dark-
brown eyes, new
research suggests. In the study, researchers looked at

5. of European ancestry, including 992 people who were diagnosed with
alcohol dependence and 271 people who were not diagnosed with
alcohol dependence. They found that the rate of alcohol dependence
was 54 percent higher among people with light-colored eyes —
including blue, green, gray and light-brown eyes— than among those
with dark-brown eyes. The prevalence of alcoholism was the highest in
people with blue eyes — their rate was about 80 percent higher than
that of people with other eye colors, according to the study.

Best dad ever? Minions
fever grips 'father and son'
in adorable subway snap
The image, which appears
to have been taken on the
subway, shows a little boy
decked out in the Minions'
familiar get-up of dungarees and yellow T-shirt. But what makes
it even better is that someone who the picture poster is
assuming is dad is right there with him in his own dungarees and
yellow T-shirt - complete with thick-framed glasses as seen on
the original characters.

this season Twitter exploded today with renditions of superheroes- if
they were Indian. While some billed legendary Indian cricketers as the
desi Fantastic Four, others posted Marvel's Avengers caught urinating in
public.
A series of illustrations by Delhi-based artist Raj Kamal, which became
viral last year, were also re-circulated. The artist imagines Flash as a
dabbawalaha tearing through streets of Mumbai delivering lunch and
Spider-Man as a 'Punjabi who is naughty".
'Duck lanes'
introduced in
England!
London: What a
quacking idea! You
would have heard of
bus lanes taxi lanes
and cycle lanes but
now ducks in
England have been
given exclusive lanes so that humans don't ruffle their feathers. The
Canal and River Trust, which preserves over 2,000 miles of waterways
throughout England and Wales, has created lanes exclusively for
waterfowl in London, Birmingham and Manchester. This temporary
initiative is part of the trust's "Share the Space, Drop your Pace"
campaign, which encourages awareness among people - and now,
animals using the waterside walkways of England. The Canal and River
Trust has painted a white line demarcating areas to be used by the
wildfowl with a stencilled silhouette of a duck.

Foldable Garages Are the Coolest Thing Ever. You Absolutely Need One
This is one of those things you see on a social media site and go, "shut
up and take my money.”Whether you own a car or not, need parking
space or not, you absolutely need one of these awesome, foldable
garages shown in the video below. Seriously, parking a car never
seemed more fun. The video, currently going viral on Facebook with
over 8.8 lakh shares, shows a man reversing his car into the incredible
invention. Once the car is in the right spot, he clicks a button on a
remote and, just like the hood of convertible, an extension covers the
front of the car.
Turn Off The
Notifications On Your
Phone. They're
Ruining Your Life!
Just feeling your iPhone
vibrate can impair your
ability to focus. You know
that texting or talking on
8. your cell phone while driving or walking is dangerously distracting, but
new research finds that simply hearing your phone ring, ding or vibrate
can destroy your focus.
Even if you don’t pick up or look at the phone, you’ll start to think
about who was trying to reach you, what they wanted and whether it
was important, a new study from researchers at Florida State University
found.
The level of distraction from simply hearing the phone ring was
comparable to the effects of texting while driving, Cary Stothart, a
doctoral student in cognitive psychology who led the research, told The
research was published late last month in the Journal of Experimental
Psychology: Human Perception and Performance.
Push notifications are the hot new plague in smartphones.
The phone calls were the most distracting, the study found. Those who
received a call were 28 percent more likely to mess up the task than
they were during the first round, those who received a text were 23
percent more likely to screw up, and those who received neither were 7
percent more likely to do worse. It's worth noting that almost all of the
students had their phones set to vibrate and didn't take them out or
look at them during the study.
Calls were likely the most
distracting because they're
increasingly rare, especially
among undergrads, Stothart
said. "If they receive a call, it
might be an emergency."
So, there are two solutions
to this problem. First, when
you're driving or doing
7
something else that needs your full attention, you could truly silence
your phone by setting it to “Do Not Disturb,” which is available for
iPhones and some Android devices.Second, you could be a little more
selective about which apps are allowed to notify you.
9. You can do this on your iPhone by going to Settings >> Notifications and
then selecting the apps that you wish to interrupt you.

This Canadian Man Tied Balloons to His Chair and Took Off.
Police Arrested Him. Toronto: A 26 year
old Canadian man was
arrested after he flew
high in the sky on a
lawn chair attached to
around 110 helium
balloons in a
potentially deadly
stunt.Daniel Boria did
the stunt, that cost
him about USD
20,000, to
gain attention for his cleaning products business. Boria intended to
parachute off the lawn chair into the Calgary Stampede, an annual
rodeo in the area. However, he missed and ended up in a field.
He said the stunt cost him about USD 20,000, including hiring an
airplane to circle the Stampede grounds with a banner advertising his
company. While he was released yesterday, Boria has been charged with
one count of mischief causing danger to life. The charge of mischief is
related to the lawn chair, which could cause damage or hurt someone
when the balloons pop and it falls to the ground, police said.

Meet Tatiana Tuzova, a Russian Real-Life Barbie Doll !!

A Russian

making
headlines for
her incredibly
plastic life,
modeled after
the popular
Barbie doll. Her
bizarre life has
earned her lots
of nicknames on
social media,
including ‘Living Barbie’, ‘Real Doll’ and ‘Pink Lover’. Looking at 28-year-
old Tatiana Tuzova, it’s easy to see why people consider her to be a
real-life Barbie – she’s as impossibly thin as the popular doll, has long
blond hair and she’s always dressed in tiny pink frocks with

car with Barbie’s face plastered on it?
