4. Barry Thaompson has a civil engineering diploma from Ryerson University and is a

Geoffrey Last, CCP, has over 30 years of credit management exper-
ience with the construction trade, holding National Credit Manager
positions with Rexel Canada, Anixter Canada and Canada Wire &
Cable. Geoffrey has lectured on topics such as the Credit/Sales
relationships, using technology to drive productivity enhancement
in the credit department and the secrets of collecting. Jeffrey Armel
is a senior member and partner of GSNH's construction law group.
