Boyle Sports
Branding & Digital Marketing
Boyle Sports is the largest independent bookmaker in
Ireland. In addition to their retail stores, Boyle Sports
operates a telephone betting service, “Fon-A-Bet”,an
Internet-based betting service and a mobile betting app
for smartphone users.
We designed and developed various landing pages
for a series of digital advertising campaigns for Boyle
Sports. These landing pages were consistent with the
company’s branding and they displayed clear calls to
action to drive traffic to their website.
We also designed the logo and brand identity for an on-
line game called bookie4u.com, which is currently under
development.

Irish Independent
Advertising campaigns
Independent.ie is Ireland’s number one news website
with over 9 million readers a month.
We created a series of print and on-line display
advertising campaigns that formed part of the Irish
Independent’s overall digital strategy.
Display ads were designed to drive traffic to different
areas of the business. These areas included their
property search engine globrix.ie, the Independent’s
iPhone app as well as their main website Independent.ie.

Horse Racing Ireland
Branding
Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) is the governing body of
horse racing on the island of Ireland. The HRI mission
statement is “to develop and promote Ireland as a world
centre of excellence for horse racing and breeding”.
We provided branding and graphic design solutions
for various Go Racing campaigns. These included a
special St Patricks day data capture campaign that was
targeted at the Cheltenham racing event.
On completing the form, entrants were in with a
chance to win tickets to an upcoming racing event in
Ireland. We also designed all the campaign literature
for the Racegoers Consultative Forum and a brochure
promoting the country’s six main racecourses
throughout the year.

Fairyhouse Racecourse
Branding & Advertising
Fairyhouse Racecourse is one of Ireland’s premier horse
racing venues, situated in Ratoath, County Meath. The
first race meet was held in 1848 and In 1870, the first
Irish Grand National steeplechase was held there.
We were approached by Fairyhouse Racecourse
through HRI to design and develop a range of branding
and promotional materials. Throughout the year, we
produced several brochures, information leaflets, flyers
,invitations and advertising campaigns for various races
and events.

Down Syndrome Ireland
HB Ice Fundays Campaign 2014
Down Syndrome Ireland (DSI) are a national voluntary
organisation supporting people with Down syndrome
and their families throughout the country. Ice Cream
Fundays is an annual fundraising event hosted by DSI
in collaboration with HB Hazelbrook Farm. All proceeds
go towards supporting people with Down Syndrome and
helping them to reach their full potential.
Following a successful 2013 campaign, Red Man Media
were once again asked to design all the branding and
marketing materials for HB Ice Cream Fundays 2014.
The campaign involved designing press ads, party pack
forms, flyers, posters and online advertising.
The campaign was a great success and brought
nationwide exposure for the organisation. It is always a
great opportunity to work for a charitable cause and we
look forward to building our relationship with DSI in the
future.

Boyne Valley Honey Days Campaign
Down Syndrome Ireland (DSI) is the primary source
of information and support for people with Down
Syndrome and their families.
The Boyne Valley Honey Days campaign sees Down
Syndrome Ireland partnered with Boyne Valley to raise
awareness and much needed funding.
Red Man Media produced all promotional materials
in the form of advertising (print and online) flyers and
posters which appeared in shopping centres accross
the country.
Red Man Media have worked with Down Syndrome
Ireland on the Honeydayd campaign since 2011. We
were delighted to work with them once again and we
look forward to further collaborations in the future.
The campaign was a great success and achieved
nationwide exposure for Down Syndrome Ireland.

Smart Storage
Branding & Advertising
Smart Storage is an Irish owned company that
specializes in discrete home storage solutions.
Prompted by the growing need for storage in the home
Smart Storage developed a range of under the stairs
and Attic storage solutions.
We were approached by Smart Storage to developed
the brand identity and all the marketing materials for
Smart Storage. We provided both on and off-line line
promotions that included printed signage, leaflets,
exhibitions display stands and point of sale materials.
We also provided a set of brand guidelines, which
outlined how the new visual identity should appear in
different formats and marketing channels.

O'Connell Street(Irish: Sráid Uí Chonaill)
Dublin's main thoroughfare. It measures 49 m (160 ft) in width at its
southern end, 46 m (150 ft) at the north, and is 500 m (1650 ft) in length.
Known as 'Sackville Street' until 1924, it was renamed in honour of Daniel
O'Connell, a nationalist leader of the early nineteenth century whose
statue stands at the lower end of the street, facing O'Connell Bridge.
Talbot Street (Irish: Sráid Thalbóid)
Talbot Street is a city-centre street located on Dublin's Northside and is one of the
principal shopping streets of Dublin, running from Connolly station and the IFSC at
Amiens Street in the east to Marlborough Street in the west.
The street is named after Charles Chetwynd, 3rd Earl of Talbot, Lord Lieutenant of Ireland,
1817-21. One of the street's most famous residents was Alfie Byrne, ten times Lord Mayor
of Dublin. He was a publican by trade and purchased The Vernon Bar in Talbot Street in
1912, having served his apprenticeship at Cosgrave's, 1-2 Chancery Place. He befriended
the poor of the area who returned him to Parliament on numerous occasions both at
Westminster and Leinster House during the revolutionary period and after.
Daniel O'Connell (6 August 1775 – 15 May 1847)
Daniel O'Connell often referred to as The Liberator or
The Emancipator, was an Irish political leader in the
first half of the 19th century. He campaigned for
Catholic Emancipation, including the right for
Catholics to sit in the Westminster Parliament, denied
for over 100 year and repeal of the Act of Union
which combined Great Britain and Ireland.
The principal street in the centre of Dublin, previously
called Sackville Street, was renamed O'Connell Street
in his honour in the early 20th century after the Irish
Free State came into being. His statue stands at one
end of the street.
The General Post Office(GPO) (Irish: Ard-Oifig an Phoist)
The headquarters of the Irish postal service, An Post, and Dublin's principal
post office. Sited in the centre of O'Connell Street, the city's main
thoroughfare, it is one of Ireland's most famous buildings, and was the last
of the great Georgian public buildings erected in the capital.

The Design Corner
Branding & Marketing
The Design Corner is a collective of local Dun Laoghaire
craft makers and designers who host seasonal pop-up
shops in Dun Laoghaire throughout the year. This year’s
Christmas fair takes place on Upper George’s St in Dun
Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
The Design Corner is supported by the Dun Laoghaire-
Rathdown Local Enterprise Office, Dun Laoghaire
County Council and The Design and Crafts Council of
Ireland.
Red Man Media worked closely with DLR LEO to create
the branding, marketing and print materials for The
Design Corner.
We designed and developed the full suite of branded
promotional materials including; logo, website,
invitations, flyers, posters, shop signage, press ads,
web banner ads, social media branding, civic media
banners and exterior shop vinyls.
The popularity of The Design Corner continues to grow
and it’s Christmas Pop-Up shop campaign was very
successfull.

Palliative Care
Discharge folder
Irish Association for Palliative Care (IAPC) is a multi-
disciplinary membership organisation. Established in
1993, they are an all island body with the purpose of
promoting palliative care nationally and internationally.
Supported by the HSE, The Irish Hospice Foundation,
Laura Lynn, Jack and Jill.
Red Man Media were commissioned by The Irish
Hospice Foundation to create a graphic design project
entitled “Our Story”. The concept behind this project
was to create a colourful new folder design. This new
folder was used to replace the generic folder used to
hold a child’s medical documents.
The initial pilot was well received and the final design
was rolled out for use in several hospitals throughout
the country.

IPM Potato Group
Re-Branding
IPM are headquartered in Ireland. We were
commissioned by IPM to re-design their branding.
Red Man conceptualised, designed and produced
the new branding for the IPM Potato Group which
consisted of the brand ID, brand ID heirarchy and
guidelines, dynamic website, online and offline
advertising, corporate brochures, exhibition stand
graphics, exterior signage and interior signage.
The final product was extremely well received and
receives a vast amount of visitors. It was brilliant to
work with such a successful worldwide company.

Sport for Business was set up in 2011 to build better
links between sporting and business communities.
We were commissioned by Sport for Business to design
their full branding experience. This included a new
website, logo, brochure, exhibition displays and online
and offline marketing and advertising. We also designed
their weekly digital e-magazine.
All of the branding work was consistent and perfected
from the start. The client was extremely happy with the
final designs and the new brand identity proved to be
very successful. Having a clearly defined visual identity
served to position the business exactly where they
wanted to be.

Branding
Europa Foods are an Irish owned company and a
leader in the supply of fresh poultry and artisan foods
within Ireland. They pride themselves in providing top
quality products which they distribute to the butchery,
retail and wholesale trade.
We were commissioned to develop a new website,
corporate branding and graphic design solutions for
Europa Foods. We created a new logo for the company
along with new packaging designs, brochures and
vehicle graphics. This new brand identity extended to
company stationary and external signage.

Independent Beverage Innovations (IBI) was
established to develop unique and creative brands
within the spirits industry. Their strategy is founded
upon three principles – innovation, quality and design.
We approached this packaging project with the idea
of updating a brand that has been recognised for
its innovation. This involved updating the look and
feel of their existing packaging and creating a fresh,
contemporary new design.
The end result was a design that showcased this fun
and innovative product. The design delivered a clear
message while bringing a fresh, clean edge to their
packaging.
