Presently working with Dr. Willmar Schwabe India Private Limited a German
Pharmaceutical Company which is engaged in manufacturing and trading of
Homoeopathy, Bodycare & Phyto Medicine, having its plant and corporate office at
Noida, as Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts. Leading the seven people team and
overall responsible for the functioning and management of the department. Reporting to
Director (F&A)
Period : August, 2006 to Till Date
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
• Looking SAP FICO Module and supporting the team and resolving the issues.
• Preparation of Annual Budgets and Budgetary Controls
• Preparation of Quarterly Forecast and analysis with the Annual Budget
• Monitoring of Capital Investments (CAPEX) and co-ordination with Germany
towards their approval
• Future Business Projections, planning and their execution and Segment wise
Business Analysis
• Handling toll vendor for our Bodycare Traded products
• Preparation of Monthly MIS, cash flow and variance analysis Report
• Preparation of Annual Accounts & co-ordination with the auditors till signing of
the Balance Sheet
• Credit Rating for customers and Credit Control operations
• Inventory Valuation and management (manufactured goods) of over 18,000
products
• Planning, Forecasting, Indenting & Management of Schwabe Germany products
(traded goods)
• Handling Sales Tax/ VAT, ITC, Income Tax and all other statutory compliances
• Controlling of the Consignee Operations
• Co-ordination with various other departments
• Involvement in defining the SOP/ process of the company/ functions
• Preparation of German Reporting Package for consolidation purpose as per
German GAAP
• Costing of Products and cost accounting records
• Preparation and Presentations of the Business Report/ Budgets/ Profitability to
Group Chairman & Group CFO from Germany
• Handling legal cases criminal and civil both
• Co-ordination with Sales Team for their target achievement and budgeted debtor’s
collections
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Implemented SAP with four plant module like, MM, PP, SD, QM, WM AND
FICO where total responsible for FICO as well as Integration Point with other
Module. Have taken the training from Germany for COPA, Planning, Budgeting,
Forecasting, Costing, etc. etc. Have implemented the costing for 18000 products
with the planning of approx. 50 Work Centre and their activity capacity planning
etc. Project has completed in six months targeted time, this project is
implemented by Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.
ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Worked with VRS Foods Ltd.( Paras Group) from May’ 04 to July, 06, as Account
Officer is manufacturer and Exporter of all kind of milk product viz Casein, Whey
Powder, Desi Ghee and other Milk Product.

M/s Aalianz Automobiles is an authorized dealer of Maruti Udyog Ltd. for sales and
services, its all model situated at Safdarjang Enclave, New Delhi.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
Responsible for Fund Management, dealing with RM for fund with CITIBANK, ICICI
BANK LTD., HDFC BANKS LTD. Reconciliation of Bank, Inventory Funding Account,
Maruti Account, Party Account and DSA Account, and follow up for dues with bank.
Prepare the salary and incentive of sales executives and all staffs and scrutiny the file for
delivery of cars and handling cash upto 20 lacs. And also responsible for Income Tax,
TDS, Advance tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax, preparing and Finalization of Balance Sheet.
