DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsible for managing and supervising people, and ability to act as a liaison
between external vendors and other departments.
 Administrative coordinator must be able to help in designing the budget and also
implement the task within the cost limits
 Responsible for the analysis and reporting of the tasks.
 Responsible in coordinating and communicate work , Supervise and extract
output from various department employees in the organization.
 Organize each task meticulously and point of action
 Scheduling meetings and complete the tasks on time
 Administrative coordinator is also responsible for maintaining the databases,
generate reports , check emails, mails and send prompt replies for the action to
be taken in a timely manner
 Prepare daily, weekly & Monthly timesheet.
 Prepare daily manpower Report.
 Coordinate with all foreman and Engineer to mobilize & demobilize the materials
and equipment in the site.
 Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Man hours Report.
 Keep all records of the employee and machinery working on the site.
 Making transfer of the employee from one site to another site
 Co-ordinate with cost control engineer for preparing productivity Report.
 Co-ordinate with planning engineer for preparing weekly man hours & Man power
Report.
 Follow up all leave application and request of the employee to support Office.
 Co- ordinate with support office for employee passport renewal And Visa
renewal.
 Prepare Accommodation & food Charges report for employee staying in camp
every Month.
 Keep all records of employees who have received company Mobile and every
month distribute their Mobile bill
 Personal call and after verification send this bill back to admin. Manager
