Operators, Insurance companies, Taxi operators & other Systems integrators. VeriFone offers Field
services for managing the estate of POS terminals.
Responsibility
 Production monitoring and production support.
 Hands on experience in handling salesforce for all the queries raised by the users.
 Point of contact for all workday related issues/queries
 Configuring and testing of enhancements relating to HRMS modules, Benefits, Absence
Business processes, alerts and notifications.
 Creating new custom reports - both simple and advanced.
 Working with technical team for successful delivery of new integrations and supporting
existing integrations.
 Working on projects - Currently involved in implementing Absence module for three countries
and On boarding module globally
 Working with HR community on regular basis for process improvements and enhancements
 Working on end to end activities relating to new version updates

Role : Team Lead.
Description:
Duke Energy is one of the largest electric power companies in the United States, supplying and
delivering energy to approximately 4 million U.S. customers. The objective of this project is to
provide application support and maintenance, as part of this Duke has decided to decommission the
existing database called CRW (Client Reporting Warehouse) which was developed and maintained
by Hewitt for reporting purpose and create a new database called Duke Hub Load which will resides
in Duke Energy for reporting purpose.
Environment: PeopleSoft HCM Application 9.0.
Responsibility
 Hands on experience in understanding the client requirements and preparation of Functional
design document.
 Hands on experience in preparation of RTMs (Requirement Traceability matrix)
 Discussion with the onsite coordinator about the status of the deliverables.
 Training and mentoring of associates in the functional aspects of the application
 Functional testing of customizations, Reports and impact analysis on the same.

Project : AIG Workday HCM Implementation Release1.1 Implementation and Support
Modules : Workday 16 and Workday17 HCM Module

Responsibility
 The scope of the project is to get transition from Deloitte on the Implementation of Workday
for AIG for the following initial countries – Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore,
Indonesia and Vietnam
 Trained on Workday HCM 16 at Chicago (Workday Training Center at Chicago)
 Training from Workday includes – HCM Fundamentals, Workday Security, Reports and
Calculated Fields, Workday Studio
 Deputed to AIG, Houston during the initial transition of Workday from Deloitte and AIG team.
