• One should select the powerful
department as the place to start a

• Good Work Performance is necessary condition
For career success
• A marginal performer may be rewarded but it is in
short term but his weakness bound him & cutoff
his/her career advancement
• A good work performance is no guarantee of
success, but without it, a successful long term
career is unlikely.

• One should assess the organization’s
culture to determine what is the
organization’s needs & values
• One should need to project that image in
terms of Organization’s relationships &
culture.
