 Evaluate plant operating conditions by referring to critical operating parameters.

be done and are delegated to relevant subordinates.
 Daily/Monthly SAP entries revisions/corrections.

and prepare/reviews production report.
 Safety of plant problem site, information collection and diagnosis give guidelines
and caution for safe practice for trouble shooting/maintenance activities.
 Personally monitoring of current operating conditions, production and quantity
levels provide necessary guidance.
 All material stock survey on monthly basis.
 Took active part in commissioning / recommendation of plant or application of
new methods / approach.
 Identity, review and issue instructions to implement process / equipment &
safety interlocking.
 Report writing / correspondence with Finance, & other departments.
 Follow up of maintenance work / modifications.
 Shift performance management
 Annual budget preparation with Manager Production.
 Prepare specifications, raise indents, and evaluate offers and inspection of
materials received, budget utilization monitoring.
