2. Sales Co-ordination:
o One point contact for internal and external customers.
o Scrutinizing Technical and Commercial details for every order:
o Follow-up with Customers for Advance payments, Formal Purchase order
o Communications with the customer regarding the scheduled ship date.
o Coordinating and communications between the Branch offices, Commercial, Accounts,
Engineering & Dispatch departments at the HO.
o Handled critical compliance related issues such as Credit Check, Advance Payment,
Drawing Approvals, Formal P.O, Deemed Export/ SEZ Excise Exemption Documentation,
Advance /Corporate Bank Guarantee that affect the production and implementation of
the order.
o Post orders follow up with customers for C forms, H forms, ARE1 forms
o Dispatch Instructions to be received from the Customer well in time.
o Communicating and coordinating with Engineering & Accounts Department.
o Working towards achieving ‘On-Time’ deliveries by acknowledging the commercially clear
orders and standard items order on the same day the order is received.
o Working for changing the terms of payment where ever required to reduce outstanding
payment.
o Generating reports for weekly, monthly orders.
o Releasing the orders for production after receiving necessary information from the
Branches, Accounts, Engineering Dept and Customers.
o Maintains data (Inward, outward, enquiry, sales, payment, offer, complaint) sales

o Coordinates with engineers and ensures customer will get offer / reply in time.
