Duties and Responsibilities:
 Responsible for all implementation at Projects Site, Project Monitoring and Site Supervision.
 Responsible for implementation of Electrical work as per KAHRAMAA regulation standards and
as per Qatar Construction Standard.
 Preparation of Shop Drawing, Materials Approval, Procurements, scheduling of works and all
other related documents prior for Mobilization.
 Review/evaluation of electrical plans for the buildings like Power & Lighting drawing, Main
Feeders & Sub-Feeders drawings, Fire Alarm system drawing, Telephone, Communication &
Public Address drawings, Lightning Protection and Earthing System drawings and others.
 Attends weekly Coordination meeting to consultant, Clients and other contractors regarding the
Status of the project.
 Preparations of Materials Take off as per Approved Plans, Materials and Specification to met the
requirement of the Client and Variation Cost.
 Responsible for all Materials requirement at site based on weekly requirement and as per Materials
approved by the Consultant/Client.

2.  Prepare request for Inspection (IR) of the finished Electrical jobs for the inspection and approval,
which complying with designed specification standard.
 Responsible for all trades of Testing to able to satisfy the Consultant and Client, Including
preparation of Hand Over report, Operation & Maintenance Manual and other related Documents.
 Review documents, such as production/work schedules, work orders, or staffing tables, to
determine personnel or materials requirements or material priorities.
 Responsible for making Risk Assessments Calculation in relation to Lightning Protection System,
Earthing System, Surge Protection Devices (Aplicaciones Tecnologicas, Spain).
 Submit Quotation to the Client in relation to their requirements for Lightning Protection and
Earthing System.
 Conduct Site Visit for Gathering more information above the Tender Projects.
 Preparations of Bill of Quantities <BOQ> as per site visit and tender drawings and specification
issued by Client including the Scope of Works, Exclusion and Basis of Offer.
 Preparation of drawings, Specification incased there is no issued drawings.
 Send Inquiry to respective supplier pertaining to the On Hand or Tender Projects Prior to submit
cost proposal.
 Responsible for making Work Schedule of the Project, Materials priced comparison, Preparation
of Materials for approval and other related documents.
 Conducting trainings in relation to Lightning and Earthing Protections System to my Co-
