I am writing you with regard to Mr. Pawar Arjun Kailas. I know Arjun from last one and half
year and I have seen him growing in the professional and educational field. He was my
student for one year as well as grader for my undergraduate classes EECE 482 Control
System Design and EECE 483 Power Systems Operation. I repeated hiring Arjun as my
grader because I have seen him doing exceptionally well in my subjects. His duties included
the grading of weekly assignments and exams given by students.
Over the time that I have known Arjun, he has consistently performed his duties with
competence and he was unbiased in grading. He was punctual in submission of the graded
assignments and gave me less scope to point out any mistakes. He is a quick learner.
Arjun is an excellent problem solver. In addition, he is an excellent communicator, good with
team work and has the skills and personality needed to be a leader. Arjun is an intelligent,
committed, and inquisitive individual. I believe that he will be an asset to your organization.
