Installing Paypal Express into Insfusionsoft application. Sounds so simple, and when you are finally shown where to get the info.. it is easy! I hope this works for you. Info is from August 2013. Apparently not all PayPal Application have the same layout as even the Product Development person I spoke to at Paypal after I had gone through 4 Infusionsoft Employees knew where to find it. Seems so obvious now of course!
