• Coordinating with the team and with GSS client’s, checking the reports and
training the new joiners.
• Initiating background checks and Criminal checks according to client
requirements.
• Follow-ups with vendor for updates, expediting checks and updating
recruiting team on the status.
• Update BG Check Status Spreadsheet twice daily.
• Enrolling the employee information for screening at the vendor site as per client
guidelines/requirements.
• Perform quality checks on the vendor database(s) to ensure Background
Verifications are complete and data is recorded correctly.
• coordinating for paperwork with employee to ensure client needs are in
compliance.
• Manage the interaction with the applicant to correct missing or incomplete data
provided by the applicant to the vendor(s).
• Work Closely with Operations team concerning gaps in applications and escalate
where necessary.
• Maintaining Employee records using well organized filing system to ensure files are
up to date and comply with legislative requirements.
• Communicating regularly with Service Delivery and Operations team regarding
screening and verification of employees for smooth hiring process.
• Manage service level agreements.
• Background Verification check is conducted on the applicants Education, Pre or
Post Employment & Referral Checks as per the client’s requirement & report is sent
accordingly keeping in mind the service level agreement & Turnaround time.
