an ammonite shaped building with an overall area of approx. 7000 sqm.
Preliminary Design Development completed. Work is currently on hold awaiting
appointment of Museographer.
Govt. Buildings at Sohar Industrial Port, Oman
Client: Ministry of Transport and Communications
Duration: 2014 - ongoing

Project Brief: Scope of works includes reviewing original design and
subsequent redesigning of buildings for ROP Coast Guard, Royal Navy and
Royal Yacht. Buildings include Boat Workshops &Stores, Accommodation
Block and Station Block.
The Oberoi Resort at Al Khyran, Oman
Client: Alargan Towell Group

Role: Project Manager, Architect
Project Brief: Detail Design works for a Seven Star Resort based on concept
design by DW5 / Bernard Khoury, Lebanon. Included one Presidential Suite,
Deluxe Suites, 74 Luxury Rooms and Service Block. Guest rooms with
individual pools and gabion cladded walls located at two levels, recessed
inside terraced hills, surrounding a picturesque bay. Detail design works were
terminated midway due to change in ownership.

Project Brief: Redevelopment of the existing Guest Complex for Al Husn Palace.
The project, spread over an area of 21.30 Hectares, consisted of 27 types of
buildings with a total built up area of around 65,000 sqm. This included 18 VIP
Villas, 28 General Villas, 12 Staff Barracks, a 76 room Guest House and Services
Buildings. The Guest House was designed to four star hotel standards with large
kitchen and laundry facilities designed to cater to around 1000 people.
