establishing a business in Quebec, or acquiring shares of at least 25% in a business in
Quebec, alone or with your accompanying spouse, an investor with his/her immediate
family members can be guaranteed nomination as permanent residents. This is by the
issuance of a Quebec Selection Certificate.
You should be ready to manage the business yourself or be a part of the management
and operations as a partner on a daily basis. You must control, alone or with your

The purpose of this program is to attract exceptional business persons who are able and
