for companies on
LinkedIn, try searching
Remove these companies for skills, industry
to see the next 10 keywords, geek-
-company1 -company2 words, job titles and
synonyms.

13. Take the time to listen (observe) to social media
Gain insights to
understand your
potential clients and start
the conversation.
14. 1. Know your audience – then determine the social
networks to start with. Not the other way round
Tips: LinkedIn | Twitter | Hootsuite/Tweetdeck | Facebook | Blog | Google +
15. 2. Set your objectives –
focus, accuracy, growth, engagement, interactions etc.
Remember each social network has a different
audience
16. 3. Be consistent with your message – wherever you
are directing the social traffic to.
Such as: Website | Landing Pages | Company Pages (LinkedIn; Facebook; Google+
etc) | Email campaigns | Auto-responders
17. 4. Post content regularly, remembering your audience
– but NOT the same content to each platform!
