3. Sharon Grosman – Managing Director
Sharon is the Managing Director of SGGG Fexserv Fund Services (Malta) as well as Founder, President
& CEO of SGGG FSI in Toronto established since 1997 and administering funds with a total NAV in
excess of $7.5 billion. After initially working with KPMG, Ms. Grosman developed this niche out of
substantial public accounting experience in the investment management industry. Sharon is a Chartered
Accountant (CA).
Brendan Conlon – Business Development Director

Brendan has over 20 years financial, investment and custody services experience, including a broad
knowledge of the compliance and regulatory sides to the industry. He was previously employed by
Daiwa Securities, Bank of Ireland Securities / State Street Alliance and was Managing Director of Fexco
Global Investments for 10 years. Brendan has completed regulatory personal questionnaires with a
number of Financial Regulators, most recently with the Central Bank of Ireland and the Malta Financial
Services Authority. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin and the Dublin Institute of Technology, Brendan
is presently a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment in London, and the Royal
Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Lawrence Buttigieg – Chief Operating Officer

Lawrence joined Fexserv in 2007 and subsequently progressed to lead the fund services arm within the
Group. He is a qualified accountant by profession holding an Honours degree in Accountancy and a
Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Malta and sits on the committee of the Malta Funds
Industry Association. Before joining Fexserv, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers specialising in
financial services, getting extensive experience in audits and consultancy appointments for funds, banks
and other licensed entities, including a long term appointment with the Banking and Capital Markets
division in New York City.
Anabel Mifsud – General Manager

Anabel joined SGGG Fexserv in 2008 and has occupied the position of Operations Manager before
being appointed as General Manager for the Malta office. She started her career in audit and assurance
with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was involved within different industries and worked in offices
including Malta and London. Subsequently she took up accountancy and finance positions with leading
entities operating out of Malta including an appointment within the Finance Department of HSBC
Securities Services (Malta) Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, an Honours degree in
Accountancy and a Masters degree in Financial Services from the University of Malta.
