Growth Path: Joined as Manager and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2013 and Chief Manager in 2015
Present Role:
• Responsible for overseeing Mortgage Collections for Delhi-NCR/Overseas(Dubai, London) including:
o Securing instalments within defined due dates in the different delinquency buckets/ brackets
o Monitoring collections processes, setting up new processes for improving collections
o Formulating debt collection mechanisms for timely receipt of money from clients & recovery of bad debts
o Identifying probable risks by conducting audits of existing revenue streams & implementing corrective measures to mitigate
the same; monitoring & controlling delinquency and credit loss
o Creating & implementing workflows to facilitate structured support in all areas & issues
o Managing NPAs & formulating settlement schemes for recovery from NPAs
o Conceptualizing retention strategies based on analysis of service operations loopholes and market dynamics
o Ensuring delivery of value-added customer service for escalation of client satisfaction levels
