Sunderland University implemented RefinedWiki's Original Theme on their Confluence intranet to improve the user interface and functionality. This provided a single access point for services and common tasks, streamlining the user experience. It also improved communication, collaboration, and the quality of intranet content. Examples given include using Confluence for documentation of a new learning system and library procedure manuals. The RefinedWiki theme allowed the university to easily transfer their existing intranet branding.
