 Being in charge of 1 kiosk at a shopping mall, handling administration related matters, ensuring
SOP’s are adhered to, mentoring new staff
 Attending to customer’s queries, helping them choose products for their corporate and personal
requirements, including arranging for customization i.e personalization, liaising with the retail
sales coordinator and making arrangements for delivery of the same to the customer
 Working on German Vitro laser machines that create 2D and 3D laser images of people and
