This condominium in Brooklyn was designed in the classical Renaissance style of Italian architecture. It occupies an entire city block and was built to provide luxury housing similar to buildings in Manhattan. The architectural design was inspired by three Palladian villas from the 16th century - Villa Barbaro, Palazzo Iseppo Porto, and Villa Rotonda - and incorporates design elements like rectangular windows, arched entrances, columns, and balconies.

4. There is a pattern of one large rectangular window on the second floor with two rows of three smaller rectangular windows on third and fourth floors and double columns between them.
