Regional Network (which Azerbaijan NGO Alliance over Children Rights is one of the members) in
June, 2003. The main aim of the project, realized by UNICEF and members of Regional Network
for Children in 10 countries with financial contribution of European Union Commission, was to
contribute to the execution of children rights in CIS, Central and Eastern Europe and Baltic
countries.
