Project Brief: The “LET’S NOT IGNORE ANY OF CHILDREN”
project was initiated in CIS, Central and Eastern Europe and Baltic countries by UNICEF/NGO
Regional Network (which Azerbaijan NGO Alliance over Children Rights is one of the members) in
June, 2003. The main aim of the project, realized by UNICEF and members of Regional Network
for Children in 10 countries with financial contribution of European Union Commission, was to
contribute to the execution of children rights in CIS, Central and Eastern Europe and Baltic
countries.

2. City population of Bakı, Sumgait and Ganja
Project brief: The main purpose of the project was identifying
impressions of foreigners leaving Azerbaijan. Their recommendations concerning improvement of
tourism in Azerbaijan were studied. Findings of the research were used to put forward appropriate
decisions by Tourism Development Project associated with the approaches of development of tourism
in Azerbaijan.

customer care services of the bank. To gather data, mystery shoppers entered the bank
and asked for a service. Assessment was conducted under several criterions: greeting,
appearance, politeness, attentiveness and etc.

Customer organization: UNICEF Project name: “LET’S NOT IGNORE ANY OF CHILDREN” Methodology: Desk Research, Quantitative Investigation – B2B, Classic and In Depth Inquiring Location: Baku, Ganja and Sumgait Project Brief: The “LET’S NOT IGNORE ANY OF CHILDREN” project was initiated in CIS, Central and Eastern Europe and Baltic countries by UNICEF/NGO Regional Network (which Azerbaijan NGO Alliance over Children Rights is one of the members) in June, 2003. The main aim of the project, realized by UNICEF and members of Regional Network for Children in 10 countries with financial contribution of European Union Commission, was to contribute to the execution of children rights in CIS, Central and Eastern Europe and Baltic countries. Methodology: Desk Research & Quanititative Research Method - Face- to- Face interviews Mode Location: 1.Baku (International Aiport named after H. Aliyev) 2. City population of Bakı, Sumgait and Ganja Project brief: The main purpose of the project was identifying impressions of foreigners leaving Azerbaijan. Their recommendations concerning improvement of tourism in Azerbaijan were studied. Findings of the research were used to put forward appropriate decisions by Tourism Development Project associated with the approaches of development of tourism in Azerbaijan. Customer organization: Bank of Baku JSC Project name: Mystery Shopper Methodology: Observation Research Method, Mystery Shopping Mode Location: Baku, Ganja, Lankaran, Shaki, Sumgait and Khachmaz Project brief: The purpose of the research was evaluation customer care services of the bank. To gather data, mystery shoppers entered the bank and asked for a service.
