- How it can be utilized in team building efforts
- The impact it has on derailing career paths

An introduction to a basic EI inventory will be given.
We will be provided with a hands-on opportunity to familiarize ourselves with an EI survey.

Cancellation Policy
Receipt of your registration form for the MNYCCPOA Winter ’09 Professional Development Program, whether by
mail, email or fax reserves a space for you and includes program materials and refreshments. Therefore, your payment
is required whether or not you actually attended on the day of the meeting. All checks must be received prior to the
meeting. Cancellations must be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to the meeting to guarantee a refund of the
program fee. Less than 72 hours notice and/or other issues related to the Cancellation Policy must be addressed to the
Program Chair for the particular meeting and the 1st
Vice President. Please note: there are no member substitutions.
Non-members must pay non-member fees.
